Yes, I still have this problem. Mic will not work whatsoever. Also have intermittent Bluetooth connectivity issues. Have to routinely reboot to fix that. Very frustrating for such a great device otherwise.

Tried both the regular and the sapphire and not only do they both suck (I've always loved Zagg products up until now) but Zagg's customer service has been atrocious with them as well. My advice is pass them up.

S8+ AT&T version still on Aug update here. First Samsung in a while and kinda wishing I hadn't gone back.

I can verify, this does NOT work once you've used the phone with an AT&T Sim in it. They have your IMEI and are blocking the update path. Posted via the Android Central App
