Yep just got the same email after being charged the 22nd. Reached out to in app chat and they provided me with tracking but it hasn't been picked up by UPS yet.

Group messages you MMS instead of SMS. I almost always have issues with group chats and iPhones.

I'm sorry I forgot your said you'd never had one. The only thing I can think is incorrect apn/mms settings but if it's sporadic then that seems unlikely. Hoping someone else has some input.

Are you able to receive picture messages from an individual iphone? If not your phone might not have the correct apn/mms settings

I'm so sick. Just bought this "brand new" from someone Facebook, opened it before I game him cash. Looked good. Got home and thought it was just from a feature (like Samsung and edge panel)
