My box is checked for fast charging. Brand new phone. I ran it down to 1%, and then plugged in after turning the phone off. It took about 20 minutes just to get to 5-10%. My note 3 would charge fully in about 45 min when the phone was off. Anyone know what's going on here? Is it because I didn't...
