Thanks Guys,,,got it! I had a Aukey QC2 wall plug that I was feeding the power to the wireless charger prior. I switched to using the Samsung power supply and it's working now.

It was my first update since I bought it in May.... i forget what version it had out of the box. Maybe it was something so small it didn't get a number increase.

My S7e on Telus just updated yesterday to the new version, and since then, I've not been able to get my phone to charge on the Samsung fast charger. I'm not seeing a 911 in the emergency dialer and I don't have any "ICE" contacts...the only way I can do it is manually dial it. Are you guys putting 911 in the "ICE" contacts?

You need too do some reading on rooting and hopefully then you can explain what you've got installed on your phone or computer?...because your post is pretty confusing

I was disappointed that TW was so thick on ICS that I went looking for a new launcher and ended up with Apex and what a pleasure it is, lots of customization options. I did Go launcher for the last 2 months on Gingerbread but I found it buggy. I recommend Apex too anyone running ICS.

I presume that you used too and now it's gone? That is weird! Have you changed any defaults lately? 3rd party SMS?

it sounds like you're needing a reset...I wouldn't be surprised if your backup files from your Desire had setting files specifically for that phone in them and maybe causing conflicts with your S2 or your apps that you saved are old versions that aren't ICS friendly

I doubt that can be changed....it's like there is some corrosion on the contacts in the switch. Anyways, it's probably cheaper too buy an extended battery for the phone and keep it alive all day then send it away too be fixed

Do you have any bluetooth headsets that maybe paired with your phone but not connected that may put the phone into speakerphone?

It awakens the screen when the home button is pushed(like the quick tap of the power button)....you could shut off any lock screens and achieve pushing the home button to "unlock" if you wish

Data on the sim card seems stuck there when using ICS, GB could modify sim data, not in ICS. You can go into contacts and adjust what contact lists you want the phone to show.
