[ROM][STOCK] Wildfire S custom stock ROM

A simple solution is to just turn down the volume of the phone before you turn it off. Otherwise you can fiddle with the ROM and replace it but you'd have to recompile, etc. Lots of info on that on this site if you're interested in fiddling.

This is for virgin mobile cdma marvelc phones only. I'm not responsible for you bricking your phone. I managed to mess up my ROM and was looking for a replacement. Forgiv did a nice job with a stripped down version. I used that but had some difficulty maximizing the internal space and SD...

[ROM][STOCK] Wildfire S custom stock ROM

Wow, what a brilliantly simple idea. I should have thought of that. I assumed that the installs somehow inserted stuff into registry like db's like windows. Shows how much of a newbie I am to Android and how it functions. Thanks for the great idea. As soon as I finish up this current work...

Re: not loading I tried both the zip file and then tried the contents in the root of the sd card. No luck. I'll give this process a try - thanks for taking the time to help. Quick question. Should I do this using my goldcard SD with all the current data on it or use the newly formatted...

[ROM][STOCK] Wildfire S custom stock ROM

not loading I managed to screw my HTC Wildfire S on Virgin Mobile and now it is in a perpetual reboot loop. I thought maybe loading your ROM would fix the problem. The only problem is I can't seem to get it to load. I've copied the zipped file to both a Goldcard and a freshly formatted SD...

Boot loop after using titanium backup pro

I've got a similar problem. It's a rooted, s-off HTC Wildfire S on vmobile. I used titanium backup pro and was fiddling with the settings and decided to undo the davlik rom links I had set up. When it rebooted the device now keeps rebooting, won't go past the vmobile start up splash. I do...
