That sucks! I hope Samsung takes care of that for you ASAP! I'll be waiting until 4 PM today before giving them a call about my return kit. May even push the issue and just having them send me the refund check along with the return kit to make sure that I receive full payment.

Does BWI have one? Im still waiting on my box from Samsung. Even if I get my box it'd be worth the drive to go to the airport if I could walk out with a check the same day.
