Hello. New to the s7e. Is there a way to move the applications button to the middle of the launcher at the bottom of my screen?

This happens frequently when an app is requesting permissions for me. Trouble is the app isn't listed to turn off the draw over option. Rebooting seems to work for me and then I can go back in and I don't get the prompt.

Mine fell off the counter onto tile this morning and back corner shattered. Frustrating. My old HTC one m9 had that same drop plenty of times and no issues with cracked screen. Really disappointing.
