I appreciate your advice. I tried holding power and then plugging in cable with both the phone on and off. Is there is certain time I should wait between pressing power and plugging in? Any other advice? Thanks

I have two of these memo pads and one I have sent in for repairs 4 times for this issue and now I am sending in the other one. ASUS will never tell me the problem or offer a replacement. Terrible customer service!
