I still don't get it, how G5 can only record slow motion in 120 FPS. Nexus 6P has slower procesor (they say majority is in processing), and can handle 240 like a boss. Anyone have answer why only 120?

That's because you are doing it wrong. With sideloading OTA update, you don't have to erase anything. I did it around 10 times on various Nexus devices (4,5,10) and never erased anything. You only need to erase if you're installing factory image, but that is not "sideloading OTA".
