I have the volume turned up, and sometimes it does NOT vibrate or ring when I get a txt or call. Other times, it may be so loud I have to turn down the volume. Driving me crazy!

i think i just found where this is coming from.

It appears that no one can find the solution, so I am looking to you... when I get an incoming call on my galaxy s3--the call comes through, a lock symbol comes on too. I have to press the lock symbol in center of phone before I can answer the call. Does ANYONE have this same thing? No one else...
