With regards to Wifi - always allow scanning I only have two options? Scan Always Scan only while Wifi is on I'm assuming put it on scan only while wifi is on?

"Mobile Active Radio" battery drain I'm loving my S6, but i've factory reset, and wiped internal via TWRP etc but each app constantly drains and uses "Mobile Active Radio", and I can't work out how to fix it? I'm close to having to get a new phone, please help!
