Welcome as a new member. Try first a Power Off & Restart. If no go, try a Cache Partition wipe. Developer Options, whatever may or may not be in there, is presumably switched off?

Then it’s presumably a bad port that will need repair or replacement.

First, is there lint inside the port? That will sometimes make the connection uncertain.

Welcome as a new member. Does it work well enough when the battery is being charged? If it does, it may be worth backing up your personal data, unless already done, as an insurance against complete failure. And, if it does work well enough, it may be that a replacement battery would fix it...

I don’t think so, but it’s not much more than a guess. Long ago, I tried the Canta app, which works with Shizuku to uninstall system apps. When you use Canta, it shows apps which are suitable for removal, and those which are not. Even if you proceed, uninstalled apps can be reinstalled...
