Re: So there is 0 people here waiting to see what the iPhone 6S Plus will be like before buying Note
And that's with the iphone 6. Curious to see the speed test difference with the 6s.
I'm waiting too. Didn't see the need to rush out and buy the N5. If iPhone 6s is not what I want then I may pick up a N5 which will still be in abundance.

In N.J. and still no lollipop for my Note 4. My son (Note 3) and daughter (Note4) got their updates two weeks ago. All of us are on the same account. Not sure if I should be happy or upset considering some of the reviews.
I came over from a windows Nokia Lumia 920 and am disappointed in the N4's camera. I thought the 920's optical image stabilization, low light capability and user interface were far superior to the N4.

OK. Guess if I record video where stabilization will be paramount (such as on a roller coaster, bumpy auto ride etc...) I will make sure to do so in the lower HD resolution.

So it would appear then that video image stabilization, when recording at WQHD or UHD, will not be as effective as when recording in full HD since the software will not implement the digital stabilization.

Why would it be necessary to give you a digital stabilization option when you already have optical image stabilization?

Re: Does Note 4 have OIS in video mode higher than full HD???
Thanks for the explanation! Would have been nice if Samsung had mentioned this in the owners manual.

Saw this on another site. Says that "video" stabilization is not available if camera is set higher than full HD for video recording.
I've noticed for awhile now that the video stabilization button (in camera settings) greys out when WQHD and UHD are selected and have wondered WHY?.
My question...
