    Had the same exact problem. I went to ASUS PH service center (SM Annex) they said it's a common issue for Zenfone 2 and it will take them 3-5 days to fix. I decided not use yet the warranty service because they will also reformat the phone by default. I want my phone to get fix in front of me...
