Well almost any speaker with an aux cable can do that. I can't show you some since I don't know what you'd like to spend, but almost every speaker (especially cheap ones) use audio output over an aux cable.

Other than OLED Display (which cant burn in) older LCD displays can burn in - for example the older nexus tablets. But with newer LCD displays there aren't any chances that it will burn in. Atleast I never heard of a case where some pixels burned in, in the last few years.

Go to setting and search via the search bar for "Always On Display". Once you select it there is an layout option where you can configure your layout. I hope this helps you.

Well imo bixby looks quite promising. I also dig that new screen, it just looks amazing when you hold it in your hand. Other than that, there aren't many new features.

I dont have any problems with my phone after the recent update. Do you have any custom launcher on it or maybe some apps that are heavy on the cpu/ram?

I really dont have much info. Do you download over Wifi or mobile data? Whats your download speed? Have you already done a speedtest on you phone? Maybe you just have bad internet speed.
