Did you replace it yourself ? If so are you sure you have all the ribbons are on good and tight. Maybe the vol/power buttons got misaligned when putting it back together. Has to be something simple if they worked before

I can tell you there is not a whole lot of change on the surface, Most of it is under the hood.

If you're not with any provider/carrier thats the reason you'renot seeing a update as thet are the ones that push the updates. Download the RUU and update that way, Remember your data will be wiped so back everything up.

Yeah the international versions do, I'm on sprint and we get them pretty quick. Verion is always last and lag way behind..lol But then again i belong to HTC preview program and i get early releases to test sometimes software sometimes a device which ever needs testing at the time.
