Uninstalling Ad Block Plus (ABP) worked for me. Thank for the suggestion. I have done 3 RMAs already for backlight bleed (no luck). I ended up keeping my first Nexus 10. Wasn't excited about prospect of doing another RMA for Wi-Fi. I would have to load things (e.g. YouTube) two or three...
