I posted about this in the general forum but I will also post here. I immediately exchanged my G2 for a different phone when this problem started occurring. I was hesitant to buy a cutting edge phone made by LG for this reason as they seem to have dropped off the face of the cell phone planet...

The Verizon rep at my local store said I was the second person to have the audio screeching problem. He said he does not recommend the phone anymore to customers. Hopefully LG can figure this out because I would really like to go back to the phone after switching to the HTC One.

I got rid of my G2 this weekend for an HTC one. The signal is twice as good as it was on the g2 and the same as my Note 2 was. I kept losing calls on the g2 which is unacceptable.
