    Huawei 302HW Android 4.4.2 (Kitkat) I pull down the notification shade and tap on "Charge only - touch for other USB options". The USB connection screen flashes up for a small fraction of a second, then disappears. I have rebooted, tried this with and without USB debugging, also disabled...
