Sorry. I had a horrible experience with Oneplus calling a hardware problem a software problem. I called into Motorola and they sent fed ex label to mail it in and see if they can repair it. I hope it does not take long. They say 5 days but we will see.

Hello. Bought my Dad a 2015 Moto G last November. He is telling me suddenly the phone screen won't turn on. He only sees it light up for phone calls which he can answer. The phone has been cased and not dropped but is there anything that you can think of that may be the problem?

I definitely don't have that option. When it was working, I never had that option in the notification panel. Now I don't have it at all.
