Yep, completely uninstalled then restarted phone and re installed as I said that solved the double up problem. sorry to say it didn't fix the problem when sending pictures. still the same problem of the picture received on other phone is still enlarged to the point that it is unrecognisable but I can tell it is still just the top left hand corner of the pic enlarged to the whole screen of the receivers...
