I use Verizon messager + no problem at all with picture quality

I had my u 11 activated on Friday on Verizon no problem with HD voice,sms,mms,data,the only problem is the phone stays on band 13 only no band 2,4 HTC says they no about the problem and working on it right now I can say this phone gets better signal than my wifes pixel xl and my HTC 10

I just went to a Verizon corporate store and it said it only does HD voice, no Wi-Fi calling or HD video if that helps
