I read the sticky guide to unrooting but was wondering this. If I don't mind losing ALL of my data, is there a way to return to factory stock just using the phone (I.e. not using Odin or a PC). Again I don't mind losing my data. Currently I'm running cm10. I really appreciate any help.

This sucks...the GNex people are at least confirming that they are receiving the OTA. I havent heard a peep about anybody with NS4G actually getting it.

If you get to the screen with the Android and the exclamation point in the triangle...simply hold the volume up plus power for 15 seconds or so. Release and repeat. You should then get the option to use the SD card.
