My problem was fixed thanks to a suggestion in another thread! They suggested to download the app called MX Player from the play store and it opened up all my attachments perfectly with no problems! Give it a try! The amazing Note 3!

I'm trying to do this exact thing on my note 3. How do I initially create a folder like what you've done with "My folders" on my home screen and then place folders of apps within that folder? The amazing Note 3!

This happens to me when my battery is quite low. For some reason it disappears when it's close to critical level. It could also be if you have power saving mode enabled when your battery is low too. The amazing Note 3!
