there is no backup , since getting phone there has been no backup at all .active backups there are none.Under accounts everything is set to sync and backup but it never backs up.

Great JOB Worked perfectly after a factory reset on my new Lg G6 still got the error this morning when I turned on the phone.....Uninstalled Verizon Cloud and everything is fine now....Great job finding out what was giving the error.....
