Thanks for the help. (I'm going to show my noobness here) I used the app that was a one step root that came out earlier this year. I want to get back to factory to re-sell the phone and I know that there have been some concerns with 4.3 and Knox. THanks again.

Sorry if this is a redundant question but I couldn't find any threads to help with unrooting the Verizon Samsung Galaxy S III running 4.3. Or can I just use SuperUser? Any instructions? Thanks in advance!
