Have been trying several different methods and I'm thinking the factory reset is my only viable option and just wanted to make sure my pics won't get erased.

Does the factory reset also wipe your pictures? I can't seem to find a method for making sure they're saved on the SD. I assume that means they are.

I've got it down to 144MB now. I'm not sure what else I can clear. Tried the reboot and wipe cache 3 times and each time it starts up again and immediatetly comes up with the Low Space notification. Beyond a full reset, is there anything you guys can recommend?

So were you getting the Low Memory notification with that amount and followed the steps and it worked the first time? I've tried it 3 times now and no results :(
