Root your phone thats about all I can say. I seem to be getting great battery life now, then before when I wasnt rooted.

Make sure you are wiping the data and cache before you flash the new rom. I would definitely recommend backing up before hand because this will wipe your apps.

Nice improvement... I would like to see the app drawer that scrolls like a cube. But I like what you guys have done.:)
