Having same problem. Switching into and out of Airplane mode solves issue. Saves having to reboot. Could it be a sim card issue? Sent from my HTC One X using Android Central Forums

How do you delete then repair bluetooth?

I have lost my ability to create and connect to my own hotspot. I now get a message to contact at&t for s tethering account. I just used this last week. Has this happened to anyone else?
