Nothing wrong with your cable. Just need to bend the metal part opposite of the pins inward a little. And I have tried both usb 3.0 and micro usb. Micro charge at a slower rate, 450mah to be exact while usb 3.0 is charging at 1200mah which is faster. Also you need the plug to say 1800mah or...
