HOW-TO flash your GSM G Nex to takju with root

I think it might be a permissions issue. I tried running as admin but I didn't know my friends password, but I was able to use fastboot to unlock the bootloader and to reboot the bootloader. The problem came up when trying to load the new bootloader image.

HOW-TO flash your GSM G Nex to takju with root

I'm running into the same error message when trying to flash the bootloader from a terminal window on a mac. Are you using the fastboot from the Android SDK? And are you using a terminal window or command prompt? EDIT: So I took my friends phone home and used the fastboot from the platform...
