I've been through this whole thread and trying to figure out what the similarities are because my friends, I have this SAME problem.. black screen, still hear sound, screen don't wake up, info/back keys illuminated.. no here's the kicker.. I don't have the S5, I have the T-Mobile issued Note 3!
