I don't think that is the same issue. I get a screen that looks like the one I expect, but the background just stays black, instead of showing the product barcode, or the Walmart Pay QR code on the register.

Same thing started today on my Samsung Galaxy S7. Can't scan a barcode for a price check, and can't scan the code to activate Walmart Pay. Running latest available Android OS v7.0 Kernel 3.18.31 (Mon, 8 Jan 2018). Running latest available Walmart App, v18.3.1. Restarting the phone did not fix...
