Mine stopped working too just a few weeks ago. I knew it wasn't hardware because OK Google worked. That was the problem. Disabled OK Google and all good now! [I pressed and held the home button and a circular icon Google came up. Choosing that I was able to select the menu -> Voice -> OK Google]
