Not 100% sure, but from everything that I have read from the various forums, you will not get the OTA automagially. You will, like the above post mentioned, go back to GB, and then the OTA should be available to you.

I am surprised that no one has mentioned this: Don't use a task killer. They actually don't do anything beneficial. When you constantly kill apps, that kills the battery as well. The thing is, the Android OS is designed to open specific apps. If you kill them, it is just going to restart them...
