    Why can't I change back to a default ringtone?!

    I had to go through every contact and manually updated/change ringtone to the same ringtone for every contact. I was so mad but it did work. Went. Through the settings sounds & ringtones and found the problem and changed the settings and no problem ever again.

    Doing a master rest

    I've installed "my backup pro" on my device. I have no complaints regarding this app. I bought and installed the My backup pro on my wife's device just minutes ago. My question is should I remove the sd card before using my backup pro before starting the master reset?
