Sorry I didn't see that there were more boxes until I submitted my question. As I said, I'm struggling today. I'm losing the will to live! I could have typed out the texts by now. I think that's probably what I'll have to do in the end!

Thanks Welfeena. This solved the problem for me a few days ago and is still good. I think I may have caused the problem when trying to switch off my router to reset it which I've been advised to do weekly. I have to kneel down under a table and feel for the on/off switch. It's a bit dark and I...
