I do not really want to void a warranty and honestly, I don't know how to do that.

I Haven't been able to update any of my phones for 4 years. I have to upgrade! My note 20 ultra is still on Android 10, 2.5 ui, and security patch September. No one at AT&T knows how to fix it and tries to blame Samsung, etc.

Same here and AT&T can't seem to understand what I am saying or asking for.

I can't seem to get the update either, but my husband did. Did you ever get your wife's to update? Thanks. I've did everything, factory reset, warranty, Samsung store, and nothing.

Every so often, I'll get text messages but no notification number. It still sounds, but if you're not on the phone or right beside it, you will never know until you open the actual text message application. Usually a restart will fix it, but that's not really convenient. Anyone else with this...

After Oreo mine does that as well as when I make calls, get a call, hang up a call, etc.

My phone started downloading the update, but said could not download, and now will not do anything other than say, software is up to date. AT&T version. Any ideas? I have turned to the phone off and back on, as well as changing the date/time.

The phone came from AT&T. I have cleared the cache, but waiting for a full reset until later. The os and all apps are updated. I don't use any launchers. Thank you

I was also told to try the package disabler on the app store? Never had to use one of those. I will definitely try that before doing a warranty. Thanks.

I just got the LG V30 (AT&T) and I have a few issues. I came from the V20, so I assumed it would be about the same with the app drawer. I can pick arrange in alphabetical order (inside the app drawer, not the home screen), and they do not stay, if I download something, it goes to the last page...

Did anyone get an update on AT&T? What is the version? Thank you

I have AT&T and told them the issue. They know it's a known issue and suggested I use Textra and Ghostly SMS. Ghostly would catch all the missing messages, using stock messaging, but with textra, so far, I've not had any issues.

I've not had that issue. However, I have the issue where AT&T failed to honor a promotion they had, in store, online, and on the phone. Now, I'm stuck paying the full price for my phone when the promo was for half off. Pretty bad business practices. I think it will be the last phone I buy from them.
