when I try to check my voicemail, I can't enter my pin. I only get the following numbers on my dial pad (1,4,7, *). I have deleted all dialer apps and cleared cache and cleared data for the phone apps and dialer apps. i even restarted phone. same problem. tried factory reset and it fixed itself...
