you gotta put the phone in usb mode first before you plug in the cable. go to settings and usb and activate it. then hook it up dont know whats going on with your card

When i go to security settings and encrypt device, the option to encrypt is greyed out. also in the encrypt sd card menu, its not available. the phone is fully charged

this one leads to an audio menu but then none of the sub menus exist *#197328640# i need to increase the sensitivity of the mic.

Some people are having trouble hearing me during calls. is this noise suppression? how do i turn it off for good? or is there a factory audio menu that i can access to increase the mics sensitivity thanks

Well done. You did it. I'd seen the applications menu in settings before, but the app wasnt showing up because i hadnt selected to show all apps. Thanks a bunch!
