I wouldn't credit them too quickly. It'll probably be another 10-15 days before you see a refund.

Apparently it's been fixed by OnePlus in a software update. I got my full refund after I opened a PayPal case though

Yeah it's in the return policy they only give 85% if it's open and not defective. I had mine listed locally for a couple days, but didn't get any interest until the day after I shipped it back to OnePlus lol.

Really hope you read the Return Policy. Non-defective phones only get an 85% refund. I just sent mine back for the ghost touch issue. It could be a software issue or hardware, either way, I wanted to get a refund while I still could, in case it does turn out to be hardware.

Did you get a full refund? How long did it take for the refund to get back to you? Or did you buy from T-Mobile?

I have the same as you. There's quite a few posts on Reddit and OnePlus community talking about the issue. I may be returning mine because of it. No one knows yet if it's software or hardware issue. On top of that, I sometimes have a vertical line running down the middle of my phone only...

A lot of OP7 Pro users, myself included, are having ghost touch issues with NFC on and in certain apps. To check if you have the issue, download CPU-Z, turn on NFC and go in to the CPU-Z app. Let your phone sit in the app and see if you get the notification shade freaking out of switching to...

I'm pretty sure LG said end of Q1 for G7, so they missed that deadline, and June for V40. V40 should have been released with Pie since it came out a couple months after Pie was released. LG being LG.

The V10 was trash. Battery life was stupid short and had to constantly switch out batteries. Garbage phone.

Re: S10e video recording issue? Just tested on my 10e and I can confirm the same thing as you. It's like it skips a frame in the video where the pictures are taken.

Them's the breaks. Return it if you can because no one will buy it at $900 when you can get the same thing for around $700 or the 512GB one for around $850. Good luck, in whatever you do.
