How to re-enable in built apps? I disabled Movie Maker but its corresponding button in settings doesn't say enable as it is the case with other apps. Therefore, I can't access that app any longer. Help!!!

I know that when an app is disabled there is a button next to it that says enable so that you can re enable it but, in this case, the button of Movie Maker says disabled and seems to be deactivated because even if I press it nothing happens. When I press new project on Movie Maker it gets me...
