I have already contacted the game developers and they have said it was something on googles end but i haven't been able to even contact google support and the forums they have set up do not even help. The game developers are telling me to contact google but google tells me to contact the developers.

Hi, I'm rather new to android but for the mean time I've managed to download a game called summons board from japanese servers. *I have a account from Hong Kong. Last week I attempted to make an in game purchase and it gave me an error (Rpc s 7 aec 0) along these lines. Can someone help me?
