T-Mobile in the US released 4.4.4 so far, not sure who else has. It all depends on what carrier you use, and also what model S5 you have. For example most canadian models are G900W8, so we could only use firmware that was made for our phones.

Install Xposed framework and Wanam Xposed. Wanam has almost all the tweaks wanted, rolled into one module. If you use S Health and/or Privacy Mode, you'll need to do the workaround to keep them running (the workaround is also in the Wanam module).
How bout going to Gallery ---> Menu (3 dots on top right) ---> Content to Display ---> uncheck everything ---> check Content in Device. Very simple choice of what's displayed, and unlike the S4, it actually remembers the choices.
