And .. there isn't a manual refresh option. You can set frequency to manual, but theres no button to actually manually refresh, only an option to refresh if you close and reopen it. Unless you know better that is?

Hi New here but here's a question... For a few years I have used the native mail app to send and receive from my main email account, at virgin. Now, they won't let you smtp off network (phone on vodofone) so ... I fetch the email through pop (virgin) and reply or send via my gmail account...
