hey, thanks but its still not working . have used all the suggestions. am so frustrated.

i have an S6edge and the same problem as @Ashish. have tried myearphones in different handsets, they work perfectly. and i have also have tried other earphones on my phone, different brands and still the same nagging problem. kindly help ...and no, there is no mute button.

i have an s6 edge but my music player wont play when the screen locks. it just pauses. any ideas on how to make it play even when screen locks?!!!!

OMG......it worked, yeiiii. cannot believe i almost lost sleep over this.
