I've tried Chrome and Firefox. Neither one has an option to save the file in a different folder or give it a different name. Any suggestions?

I'd like to be able to name an image I download instead of accepting the name of the file I download. For example; instead of the file being saved as "34c78-gt677114-87119jl5-64221.jpg", I'd like to save it as "Bobs new car". Is there a way to do this, as well as pick the folder it's saved in...
