Still nothing here =( There just doesn't seem to be a way to get into a "safe mode" or dev mode on this thing... I had backed up everything to an online account and still can't get to that for the same reasons. *sigh

Yeah it seems so.. and I do hope so, this is an expensive brick =(. I didn't know about the vol up and down at the same time, so I haven't even seen that screen yet.. I'll give that a shot and try something I saw some where, though I can't remember where it was. Thanks for the input Alex!
