If you can afford an SG3 then u can afford to pay a lousy $1 or 2 for an app and help the developer dont be so tight

i had a simillar problem did the hard reset and all was good maybe your file got interupted during download but usually hard reset fixes all try one more time

sorry guys it cant be done anymore since the update samsung may change it down the track but thats how it is for now
