i got notified about the update a week or two ago, i'm in the UK. when i was ready to do it, there was no update avilable anymore. weird

i agree about Nova. i used it before lollipop, and the performance was slick, plus the options are nice. i have not yet had patience to setup Nova again (though i did save my previous configuration).

i'd say if wiping cache partition doesnt fix your issues, then make sure to uninstall the problem apps (or their updates), then reinstall them - posibly after a reboot.
